LOBBYING FOR A TEST DESIGNERS' MANUAL

The pages indexed on the Ohio Education Menu give arguments in support of Ohio adopting a TEST DESIGNERS' VOCABULARY-CONTROL MANUAL [X]. As with any change in policy, there are pluses and minuses. State Board of Education members (like members of any public board) want to hear all points of view.

The several options for contacting Ohio State Board of Education members are listed below:

Routine U.S. mail:

• Add a "cc:" (carbon copy) at the foot of the letter to "other Board members".

To communicate with a more personal touch may obtain a roster of the Board members from the Board Relations Office, at 614--466-4838. The roster gives both preferred postal addresses and an e-mail addresses. Or, one may visit the Ohio Department of Education web site www.ode.state.oh.us [X].
